Role Description
This is a part-time (employee or contractor options available) Account Representative and Business Development Representative at AndHumanity, you will play a pivotal role in our client-centric and new growth-focused strategy. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts for expansion and identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities. Simultaneously, you will be proactively seeking out new business opportunities with new clients, booking discovery calls, assisting with the scheduling of calls throughout the sales cycle and building a robust pipeline of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect into new opportunities for Account Executive
- Assisting with the scheduling of meetings throughout the sales cycle
- Attend some sales meetings to develop and understand our value and goals of our clients
- Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
- Research and target new prospects and establish connections to generate new business.
- Develop and execute plans for client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
- Work within our CRM to accurately measure deliverables
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in either account management or business development roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A keen understanding of industry and sector trends and dynamics.

Part time role for 20 hours per week at approximately $30,000 per year plus commission, depending on qualifications.
