We are always seeking freelancers from underrepresented groups including, but not limited to Indigenous, Black, people of colour, 2SLGBTQI+, people with invisible and/or visible disabilities, people of various socioeconomic statuses and ages, as well as the intersection of all these lived experiences. The terms used in this form are based on current day preferences by the community. Language and culture are ever-changing and therefore the terminology we use here will continue to adjust with it. We also realize this list is by no means exhaustive – our goal is to ensure that we have accurate representation in all aspects of our creative process. Our process specifically includes various underrepresented groups so that we follow the mantra, “nothing about us, without us”. This way, whichever community we’re speaking to knows that we are guaranteed to have those from the same community behind the scenes creating the work as well.

Treat others as they would want to be treated. We promise to only send you content that is relevant to marketing, diversity and inclusion.
